Winter Job Opening in the Twin Cities & Beyond: Become an Ice Dam Guys Technician or Partner

If you’re a tough, hardworking “people person” who likes to make great money by doing work that customers truly appreciate, consider becoming an Ice Dam Guys technician. Or if you own a company with employees who fit that description, you can keep them busy and well-paid during the winter months by becoming a partner company.

We remove ice dams on rooftops across the country, and we’re always looking for solid new professionals to remove those ice dams. We’re looking for strong, scrappy, friendly types. What’s in it for us? Either we get one more great technician in an area where we work often (like Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Utah, Massachusetts, etc.), and we get to expand our service area to offer ice dam removal to even more of America. We’ve removed ice dams in all of the snowy states in America and even in some of the milder states.  As tough as ice dam removal is, it’s a surprinsingly interesting line of work, with a lot of scenery.

What’s in it for customers? Their homes are being threatened by roof leaks caused by ice dams, and removing the ice dams safely saves them from costly repairs and other disasters.

A few things to know about becoming an Ice Dam Guys technician or partner company:

1. It’s a wintertime job. It’s supplementary to however you make a living the rest of the time.

2. You get to decide how far you want to drive and how many jobs you want to take.

3. If you’re the only provider in your service area, you’ll get all the jobs.

4. We’ll train you (or your employees)

5. We’ll set you up with one or more of our proprietary ice dam steamers.
