“Your technician Alan, was very professional and worked very hard on my roof, which I think had at least 12 inches of ice on it. He stayed at the removal until my roof was clean. I appreciated the fact that he came out within 2 hours of my call which prevented serious water leakage that was, I’m sure about to happen.
