“A quick note to say thank you for 5-star service removing the Ice Dams from my home.
Not only was my initial call answered.. no machines.. but the best experience was when your technician (Mike N) backed up in my driveway at 5:40 PM, only an hour and half after call. He was a true Professional. Mike introduced himself, as well as the company he represented. He listened to my concerns and gave me some piece of mind. I felt confident enough with Mike that I was even able to leave for work and allow him to complete the job on his own. The job was extremely well done and I am very happy! Also, the clean-up around the work area was exceptional and done beyond my expectations. All-in-All I’d give the Ice Dam Removal Guys^® 5 Stars. Thank-You!”
