“I had a very thick ice dam on both levels of my split-level home. I called Palumbo on Monday evening and Ted Kraft was at my house Tuesday morning. Ted was very friendly, did a great job shoveling the snow and steaming the ice dams away, and cleaned up the sidewalk and driveway afterwards. It took a lot less time than I anticipated it would. If I have an ice dam in the future, I’ll be sure to call Palumbo.”
