Quick Service

“I gotta admit, when I called Palumbo Services, Inc. to get the ice & snow off my roof because I was having water intrusion, I did not think it was going to be a cheap fix. However, the water intrusion was bringing down plaster in my daughter’s bedroom, making it completely unlivable.

Joe sent someone out that same night, they were on my roof until 10PM in the dark. I gotta say I appreciated that level of service, especially on such short notice. I can’t imagine the additional damage I would have had had I been forced to wait until the following day for a service call.

Now that my roof is clear, hopefully I can have a clean slate from which to manage the problem in the future. Of course, during this time, one thing I did not anticipate was my insurance company dragging their feet over fixing the roof. They want me to wait until spring before fixing the roof!!! If I had not called Joe when I did, I could have been on the hook for much more damage, or at the minimum, a lot of headache and inconvenience trying to get things fixed faster.
Thanks again Palumbo Services, Inc., you came through for me!”
