Treated Our Home As If It Were His Own

“Rich did a fantastic job removing our ice dams. The most he’s ever seen (not a record I care to hold). A two-day job in sub-zero weather and had to overcome a couple of obstacles, but still got the job done. He also cleared the ice and snow off the sidewalk and driveway and applied salt for our safety. That was really a nice bonus! Rich was a very nice guy and treated our home as if it were his own–truly a 5-Star job! Good news–AAA homeowners insurance will cover the ice dam removal costs (above deductible, of course).”
