“We had water stains on the ceiling above me when I woke up and I went online to find someone who takes care of Ice dams. There were few available. I called and left a message.The Ice Dam Removals guy got back to us that afternoon (Sat) and said they could be here the next morning and that the technician would call us when he was close to arriving at our home.He did exactly that and was on time as scheduled on Sunday morning.
